Welcome to the newest and most updated learning space at CAMS!

  

 

In the spring of 2017,  the Connellsville Area School District began the transformation of our existing middle school library, court yard, and computer lab into the Innovation Station: a media center that infuses literature, imagination and collaboration. 

The students of Connellsville Area Middle School chose the name Innovation Station as they saw this space as a project-based learning environment that encourages them to imagine, discover, design, and create. 

This space offers an interactive classroom with white-board tables, reading centers, video editing stations, green-room for broadcasting/video-recording, small group-instruction area, and an outdoor classroom.  

 

Students visit the Media Center within their scheduled classes to utilize all of these resources and tools for their coursework. Students are also welcome to utilize the space during Activity Period for reading, studying, homework, and group projects.
