Information for enrolling or withdrawing a student

If you are enrolling a student:

1.  Stop in the CAMS office to pick up an enrollment packet.  Speak to a counselor about what classes your child is interested in taking.

2.  Schedule an appointment with our registrar (contact information is in the enrollment packet) to submit the completed packet.

You will need to provide 2 proofs of residency, immunization records, and birth certificate to the registrar.  If you have a copy of your child's last report card and if you child has an IEP and/or special education evaluation please bring them.

If you have any questions, please call Mrs. Bielecki-Quinn at CAMS.

If you are withdrawing your child:

1.  Please start the enrollment process at your child's new school.

2.  Send your child into the office to see a guidance counselor before their last day. Your child should return all books/equipment, pay all fines, and have a zero cafeteria balance on their last (full) day of school at CAMS.

3.  Mrs. Bielecki-Quinn will transfer all records for your child directly to their new school (once the new school sends a request).
